1. Visit ordercapture.yesvideo.com and click the "Sign In" link at the top of the page, then click the "SIGN UP" button.
2. Fill in the required information, including your first and last names, email address, and password.
• Your password must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least one of each (capital letters, lower letters, digits and special symbol characters like "[email protected]#$%^&").
3. Click the "SIGN UP" button.

1. On the Sign In page, click the "Forgot your password?" link.
2. Enter the email address you used to create an account with us and click the "Send Password Reset" button.
3. You will receive an email within 15 minutes with a link to reset your password.
4. Click the link in your email and you will be prompted to create a new password. Your new password must be at least 8 characters long and contain at least one of each (capital letters, lower letters, digits and special symbol characters like "[email protected]#$%^&").
